Store Policy - The Basics 

1. Order Confirmation & Communication

  • You will receive confirmation via email or phone once your order is processed.

  • For any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.


2. Delivery Guidelines

  • Delivery Range: We offer delivery within 10 miles of our store for an additional fee.

  • Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated based on distance and will be provided upon order confirmation.

  • Missed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the order, it will be returned to our store for pickup. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees.


3. Pickup Guidelines

  • Pickup Time: Orders must be picked up during the scheduled time.

  • Late Pickup: If you cannot arrive on time, please notify us in advance.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders not collected by the end of the business day are non-refundable and will be discardedif perishable.


4. . Storage Instructions

  • Macarons: Store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.

  • Cakes: Refrigerate immediately and consume within 48 hours for the best quality.

  • We are not responsible for product quality if not stored correctly after pickup or delivery.

Store Policy of Nuts Allergy

At Sucre Sophie, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we want to ensure transparency regarding allergens in our bakery.

​1. Ingredient Transparency:
Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts and nut-based ingredients. We cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment, as cross-contamination is possible.

 

2. Precautionary Measures:
• We take every precaution to minimize cross-contact, including thorough cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and workspaces.

• Products with nuts are clearly labeled, and our team is trained to answer questions regarding allergens.

3. Customer Responsibility:
We kindly ask customers with severe nut allergies to exercise caution when purchasing our products.

4. Disclaimer:
Sucre Sophie cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from traces of nuts or allergens. We appreciate your understanding.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Due to the custom nature of our products, the following policies apply:

Cancellations:

  • 6+ Days Before Pickup/Delivery: Full refund or store credit.

  • 72 Hours – 3 Days Before Pickup/Delivery: 50% refund.

  • Less than 72 Hours Before Pickup/Delivery: No refunds as preparation and production will have begun.


Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds for taste preferences or design dissatisfaction once the product has been approved and completed.

  • Refunds may be issued only in cases of proven product defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect order). Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order with supporting photos.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.


Custom & Catering Orders:

  • Orders over $300 require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation.

  • Final payment is due 5 days before the event date.

  • Cancellations for large orders made less than 5 days before delivery/pickup will not be refunded.


Rescheduling Orders:

  • You may request a new pickup/delivery date with at least 5 days' notice, subject to availability.

Baking Class Policy

We are excited to offer in-store baking classes at Sucre Sophies LLC! To ensure the best experience for all participants, please review our class cancellation and no-show policy below:

 

1. Class Registration

Booking: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our website, phone, or email.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with class details after your registration is complete.

 

2. Class Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

7+ Days Before Class: Full refund or option to reschedule to another available class.

2–6 Days Before Class: 50% refund or one-time reschedule to a future class (subject to availability).

Less than 24 Hours Before Class: No refund or rescheduling as preparation will already be underway.

 

No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend the scheduled class without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling.

 

Group Bookings (Private or Special Events):

For private classes or group bookings of 3 or more participants, cancellations must be made 7days in advance for a full refund.

2–6 days: 50% refund.

Less than 24 Hours: No refund due to the preparation involved.

 

3. Class Rescheduling Policy

You may request to reschedule your class with at least 5 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Each booking is eligible for one reschedule. Additional changes will be treated as cancellations.

 

4. Class Cancellation by Sucre Sophies LLC

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, weather conditions). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

We will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible if any changes occur.
