Welcome to Sucre Sophies LLC. We specialize in custom baked goods, including macarons, custom cakes, and wedding cakes, offering both pickup and delivery services within a 10-mile radius of our store located at 122 Spring St, Harrington Park, NJ 07640.

By accessing our website (sucresophie.com) and using our services, including placing orders through our website, phone, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Store Policy, including our Legal Disclaimer and Agreement to Legal Terms.

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have provided accurate and complete information for your order.

• You have read, understood, and agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Ordering & Payment

Order Process: Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance via our website, phone (551-207-0006), or email (sucresophie.njny@gmail.com).

Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via email or phone. An order is considered accepted only after payment is received in full.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Zelle. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

2. Custom Orders

Custom designs may require additional processing time. Specific requests (e.g., colors, themes, or flavors) must be finalized at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date.

Any design changes must be requested at least 5 days in advance and are subject to approval based on feasibility.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products.

Custom Orders: Once production begins, no refunds or changes will be accepted.

4. Pickup & Delivery Policy

Pickup: Orders must be picked up at our store during the scheduled time. Late pickups may incur a fee. Unclaimed orders at the close of business will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Delivery: We offer delivery within 10 miles of our store for an additional fee. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is available, the order will be returned to the store for pickup.

Delivery Accuracy: We are not responsible for delays or errors due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Product Quality & Food Safety

Our baked goods are made fresh. Customers must follow proper storage guidelines (e.g., refrigerating perishable items) to maintain product quality.

Allergen Notice: Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy. While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

6. Liability Waiver

Once an order leaves our premises or is delivered, we are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling, improper storage, or consumption. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

7. Customer Satisfaction

If you experience any issues with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with detailed information and supporting photos. We do not offer refunds for taste preferences. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at our sole discretion.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, supply chain disruptions).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including images and designs on sucresophie.com, is the exclusive property of Sucre Sophies LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.

By placing an order with Sucre Sophies LLC, you:

Accept responsibility for the handling of products post-delivery or pickup.

Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
